New here? Start with the two basics, which differ in how far they go. The end-to-end demo walks the whole path — an empty directory to a box built, verified and run. The box-run demo does only the last part, on a box somebody else built and signed, and needs no toolchain at all.
The rest are real workloads, and they are grouped by runtime — what actually starts when the box starts. python and node each carry their own interpreter; native carries none at all, and the binary is the command line. It is the thing to look at when you are wondering whether a box could hold what you have in mind.
